We are in the process of updating and improving the look of our email communications associated with Service Desk tickets. These changes will also reduce the volume of emails that our clients receive for ticket notifications. We are working on various new solutions from a completely new and expanded Security stack, to optimizing office 365 and training for our clients. Several new products and solutions will be available this year as we strive to remain as innovative as possible.

Roadmaps are developed by our Virtual Chief Information Officers (VCIOs) based on a multitude of factors such as: customer network, cloud and on-premise infrastructure, short and long term goals and needs, etc. The technology and solutions are built in such a way to enhance user experience, productivity, efficiency, security, and overall business growth. It is a 3 year roadmap that is reviewed quarterly or semi- annually.

Our Client Success Managers (CSMs) are currently completing in-depth customer profiles on each of our current clients, allowing us to learn more about what our customers’ primary business objectives are by looking at a range of factors. In doing so, we will be able to be much more proactive in proposing solutions and technology that matches your business’ needs and goals.

Thanks to your feedback, we’re making some major changes to our ticketing agent (the orange “G” icon). These changes will make it easier to interact with the service desk, prompts users to provide the information our team needs, and gives our client’s staff a chance to provide innovation suggestions for their organization.
Updates: We have completed the analysis of our projects and are using this data to help in the development of strategic IT roadmaps for our clients.
