The client had been using Grade A’s services for a little over a year. Grade A had introduced multiple levels of backup protection including offsite data backup to help reduce the risk of data loss. One night, a printer plug sparked a fire in the office devastating the administration area but not affecting their production floor.
Within 4 hours Grade A took the offsite backup and create virtual servers at Grade A’s head office. Terminal services was used to allow users to access their required applications and data, while the office was being rebuilt and the new equipment ordered. Once the new office was built, Grade A implemented a completely new IT infrastructure for the client.
