Server Failure

The client’s internal IT team person had fallen ill and needed an extended leave of absence. With little to no documentation on the network the chance to find a replacement with only a few days of time was next to impossible.

Solution

Grade A was commissioned to provide support on all levels. The client’s staff were provided a kick off session with Grade A’s team on how to access support and to discuss the outstanding issues. Grade A quickly audited the environment and created a network diagram, IT guide and strategic IT plan.
